The Story of a Wannabe Brew

So I decided I wanted to start doing some brews, and show step by step how I come to a finalized deck. I managed to change around a BQ deck to my liking, and even Varna seemed to approve of it (Varna is a stupidly good solforge player). Stealing a deck and changing a few cards to make it slightly better of course made me feel like a natural brew master genius of untouched parallel, and as such I shall start a new series attempting to create from the ground the best decks Solforge or any game has ever seen!

Decktech with Seyfert: Nexus Core

Oh Nexus Core Oh Nexus core...

"It's bigger on the inside"

Intro to the deck

It's the holiday season and what better what to celebrate than with a new deck? Since 4.1 release I've been messing around with a couple of decks. I liked the Ator rexless dinos deck I had for a while but it seemed to not do as well against growide strategies. After I got my relic hunters, I decided to try to make a deck with Shambler and hunter (loosely based off Kit's Aetherguard deck). Customary of Seyfert, I decided to throw in a Nexus Core (because I can). As of writing this article, I'm 25-7 in the conQ with it, although I expect figures to drop once people actually figure out what I'm doing.

The Best Card in Solforge

As a returning player and someone who only recently started playing competitively in constructed, I figured why not start off my first article by saying what I believe to be the best card in Solforge.

Casual Constructed: Mastering the Necrolord

There has been a lot of hype over the 4.1 small set release where 8 new cards, 4 heroics and 4 legends, have been added to the game. And while there has been significant testing of some of these new cards in the queue with AU replace decks and Ator utility enabling strategies, not as much focus has been placed on the Nekrium legend – Tarsus Necrolord.

Editor's Note: Also his Solforge University thesis, 'Primer' is a misnomer. Prepare for a long long read.
